Centralized Scheduler (Part Time)
Title:Centralized Scheduler (Part Time)
Location:810 W. San Mateo, Santa Fe, NM 87505
In performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees of Southwest CARE Center are expected to conform to the following:
  • Uphold all principles of confidentiality and patient care to the fullest extent.
  • Adhere to all professional and ethical behavior standards of the healthcare industry.
  • Interact in an honest, trustworthy and respectful manner with patients, employees, visitors and vendors.
  • Participate in departmental staff meetings, quality management activities and educational programs.
  • Comply with Southwest CARE Center policies and procedures.
To answer, troubleshoot, schedule appointments, and route incoming phone calls. Handles multiple line phone system and acts as central support for all staff by performing assigned duties.

Essential Duties, functions & Responsibilities 

  • Provide excellent service to all incoming calls to the organization.
  • Be able to identify and prioritize issues
  • Route calls to the appropriate resources
  • Research requested information using available resources
  • Accurately update demographic and insurance information.
  • Document all calls in the computer system.
  • Participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.


  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of call center operations.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Typing skill of a minimum 40 wpm.
  • Must be able to cope with stress.


·High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Previous call center experience
  • Bilingual/Spanish language skills
  • Proficient in problem analysis
  • Organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Listening skills
  • Problem solver

Please note: This is a part time position 
Shifts: Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm
